The 2024 Spring Board of Governors Meeting was held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Charlottesville, 990 Hilton Heights Road, Charlottesville, VA 22901 on Saturday, March 23, 2024. The 2023 VAVRS Memorial Service was also held, just prior to the meeting.
