IMPORTANT NOTE

Convention registration is required to attend all training and social events.

At no extra cost, convention attendees that want to attend the TECC (Tactical Emergency Casualty Course), Kids Camp, Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) and/or Methods of Instruction Course, must complete an additional registration by September 22, 2025. This is necessary as each of the three events require a minimum number of attendees and will be canceled if that minimum is not reached by September 22nd.

The Hotel Madison is full and there are no rooms available.

Another hotel that is available is the Spark by Hilton Harrisonburg University Area

They have good availability and the hotel is less than 6 months old. Official ribbon cutting is at the end of this month.  Rates in the $120's depending on if you are a Hilton Member. Hotel is about 5 minutes from the Madison.
