By popular demand, I am pleased to announce that Nottoway County Emergency Squad is hosting an educational round table (work session) to help all agencies across the Commonwealth with navigating and understanding the CSR, DEA, & CSOS process.

I encourage that if your agency is in the process of obtaining these certifications, or has not started yet, that you register for the class. Let’s not re-invent the wheel, NCES has already developed, completed, and implemented this process. I invite each EMS leader to learn from our mistakes, share our success, share ideas, and work together to obtain the credentials needed to continue to provide the best medical care to the patients in the Commonwealth!

If you are looking for a turn key program, I will be sharing our word document policies, forms, spreadsheets, and all related materials, supplies, and applications. This will allow you to adjust for any specific agency needs, change the logo and utilize.

If you are looking for information, we are an open book and happy to share information, answer questions, and much more!

If you need help, bring your laptops! I will be happy to help you start the process, as well as share a timeline for completion.

This is a work session that you will NOT want to miss! I plan to speak for about 90 minutes, and give a 30 minute tour of our med rooms, bags, and CSDB’s (controlled boxes). After the work session has ended, I will gladly stay to help anyone that has specific questions or needs help with the process!

Elected Officials are welcome to attend as well! Learn about this huge hurdle that EMS agencies in your area are facing in the near future.

OMD’s are also welcome to attend, speak with NCES’s OMD and ask specific questions as it relates to liability, forms, signatures, POA’s, and much more!

The attached flyer will share additional details of the work session. Registration is REQUIRED, and registration early is encouraged.

Finally - Please forward this email to ANY EMS Agency in the Commonwealth as ALL are welcome! We have space for 100 attendees!
